Each country first needs to have honest dialogue about secrecy and it's effect on citizens. This includes double speech, lying, manipulation, utilization of technology and more. These things vastly shape mental health and attack human rights. #SymbolismMatters aims to bring awareness and start the conversation of restitution.

The next step is introducing a new religion for the African American people. This religion will act as the foundation of the new government which will thereafter be erected. View the "Bank" section to see how this process can be done.
2. A New Black Religion & Government
All black cities will begin to form, having all other ethnicities migrate to their designated states. This will begin the domino effect of land redistribution and a full reset of government.
3. Pilot Cities
All property shall be converted over to the new African Empire under Maritime Law over the course of 20 years and the new government will be fully erected according to the full Agenda 2030 blueprint.
4. Transition of Government
Reparations
Transition of Government means the dissolving of the United States of America. This process involves redistribution of wealth, land, tangible & intangible assets and executive control. Here's what all Americans will be looking forward to during this shift.
Payouts
1) All citizens will receive $2,000 to assist in relocation. 2) The current Treasury Dept. holds $37t to be dispersed amongst its investors, which is all ethnicities except African Americans. Instead, they [AA] will receive a reparations payout of $100,000 while members of other ethnicities will receive $25-100,000 derived from the $37t budget.
3. African-American Controlled Government
As this process rolls out, simultaneously, a new body of law should be established to replace the current outdated one. This will be the new constitution.
2. Free Physiological Needs
Once established, customers will indorse the bills using the same process explained in the Maritime Law class ...creating "free" essential bills.
4. Ethnicity-Governed States
All ethnicities will be given their own states to accommodate their own cultures and lifestyles with self-governance. There will also be neutral states.

The idea behind Agenda 2030 is to clean up each country, bring awareness to the United Nations and to create a new bridge for each country to interact with each other. As shown above, the Maritime Law Handbook is giving an outline of a government structure. The topics outlined within the Handbook will slightly vary for each country due to culture and lifestyle. This is where the customization comes in. Citizens can individually choose a topic to advocate for that they are passionate about and create a nation-wide movement by using #SymbolismMatters. We also lay out how a smooth transition from old government to new government can be applied.
