The Platsian Token
The first step of action is to create an African-Empire constitution that is rooted in a new religion exclusively for African Americans. From here, the Treasury department will be established and operated by the High Priestesses of the church.

All African Americans will be enrolled into the new government. All citizens will receive identification, food cards, universal basic income and proper government documents.

Once all African Americans are enrolled, the enrollment of all other Americans will proceed, marking the final phase of the American government.

How to Convert the Monetary System Into A New Central Bank
(Using the United States As An Example)
A holding company is a company that owns majority stock of another company ...with the capability of owning multiple companies. Platsia will be established as a holding company.
1. HOLDING COMPANY
The subsidiary companies of Platsia will be "Platsia Wireless" and "Platsia Energy" (view Agenda 2030 tab for explanation). In addition to these two companies will be additional non-profits in each major city for the distribution of the Platsian Dollar.
2. SUBSIDIARIES
A company can legally distribute personal currency as well as local currency. Warren Buffet's Berkshares are a perfect example of this module. The subsidiaries for the Platsian Dollar will distribute the fiat in each major city to participating banks.
3. LOCAL CURRENCY
Citizens will be able to convert their USD for the Platsian Dollar at participating banks. Local businesses will then have the choice to accept the new currency. Once accepted, this will create a new local economy for the Platsian Dollar.
4. BUSINESS DISTRIBUTION
While this process rolls out, new bodies of law will be the discussion of the country. The new laws should incorporate this new fiat currency as well as the new stock market. As aforementioned, cryptocurrencies are shares. Each corporation looking to be converted to the Platsia umbrella can create a cryptocurrency and start selling it to shareholders from the offical Platsian Stock Market.
5. NEW BODY OF LAW & SHARES
Once the new bodies of law are in it's final stages, a new central bank can be created to connect all of the subsidiaries spread out throughout the country. This module can reflect the Federal Reserve and it's district banks. The subsidiaries will be converted into government entities and the official Platsian Bank will then be created as the new central bank to conduct business with the Treasury Dept. All corporations will have an easy transition by converting shares to crypto-technology.
